Attorney Network Terms

These Attorney Network Terms govern participation by attorneys and law firms in the Litigation Funding Experts attorney lead generation and prospective-client connection network.

Effective Date: October 25, 2026

1. Acceptance and Scope

These Attorney Network Terms ("Network Terms") apply to attorneys, law firms, legal practices, and their authorized representatives that register for, participate in, receive prospective-client information through, or otherwise use the Litigation Funding Experts Attorney Network ("Participating Firm" or "Firm").

By submitting a Firm for participation, accepting or receiving a prospective-client lead or qualified call, maintaining an active Firm profile, or otherwise participating in the Attorney Network, the Firm agrees to these Network Terms, the Litigation Funding Experts Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.

If these Network Terms conflict with the general Terms of Use regarding a Firm's participation in the Attorney Network, these Network Terms will control with respect to that participation.

2. About the Attorney Network

Litigation Funding Experts LLC ("LFE") may provide marketing, advertising, intake, directory, lead generation, call-routing, and prospective-client connection services for participating attorneys and law firms.

LFE may receive inquiries from individuals or businesses seeking legal representation and may use information such as practice area, geographic location, stated legal need, Firm availability, and other intake criteria to identify participating Firms that may be interested in receiving the inquiry.

LFE is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services.

3. No Recommendation, Endorsement, or Attorney-Client Relationship

Participation in the Attorney Network does not mean that LFE endorses, recommends, certifies, ranks, or guarantees any attorney or Firm.

LFE does not independently determine that a particular attorney is the best attorney for a prospective client's legal matter. Any connection made through the Attorney Network is intended to facilitate contact between a prospective client and a participating Firm based on information and preferences available to LFE.

No attorney-client relationship is created between a prospective client and a Firm merely because LFE provides contact information, routes a call, delivers a lead, or otherwise facilitates contact.

An attorney-client relationship exists only if and when the prospective client and Firm independently establish such a relationship in accordance with applicable law and the Firm's engagement procedures.

4. Firm Eligibility and Authority

The person submitting a Firm for participation represents that he or she is authorized to provide the submitted information and to communicate with LFE concerning the Firm's participation.

Each Firm is solely responsible for ensuring that its attorneys are appropriately licensed, authorized, and in good standing in each jurisdiction in which they provide legal services.

LFE may request additional information regarding licensing, bar membership, Firm ownership, contact information, insurance, or other matters relevant to participation.

LFE may approve, reject, pause, restrict, or terminate a Firm's participation in the Attorney Network in its reasonable discretion.

5. Firm Information and Referral Preferences

The Firm agrees to provide accurate and current information concerning its name, contact information, office location, geographic coverage, practice areas, intake preferences, and other information requested by LFE.

The Firm is responsible for promptly notifying LFE when information relevant to its participation changes, including changes to:

  • Practice areas
  • States or geographic areas served
  • Attorney licensing or eligibility
  • Firm contact information
  • Whether the Firm is accepting new matters
  • Lead or call preferences
  • Commercial terms or approved pricing

LFE may rely on the information provided by the Firm when determining whether a prospective inquiry appears to match the Firm's stated preferences.

6. Participation Status

A Firm may be assigned a participation status, including:

  • Pending: the Firm's submission is under review.
  • Active: the Firm has been accepted for potential participation in the Attorney Network.
  • Paused: delivery of new opportunities is temporarily suspended.
  • Rejected: the Firm has not been activated for participation.

Active status does not guarantee any minimum number of leads, calls, prospective clients, signed clients, cases, fees, or revenue.

7. Prospective-Client Leads

A prospective-client lead may consist of contact information and non-privileged intake information supplied by a person seeking potential legal representation.

Unless separately agreed in writing, LFE does not represent or warrant that a lead:

  • Has a meritorious legal claim
  • Will retain the Firm
  • Will qualify under the Firm's internal standards
  • Has accurately described all relevant facts
  • Has no conflicts with the Firm
  • Will produce legal fees or a recovery
  • Will remain available after delivery

The Firm is responsible for conducting its own intake, conflict check, legal analysis, diligence, engagement process, and client acceptance decision.

8. Qualified Calls

Where the Firm participates in a qualified-call pricing model, a potentially billable call may be subject to an agreed minimum connected-call duration and any additional qualification criteria applicable to the relevant practice area or campaign.

Call duration alone does not establish that a caller has a viable legal matter or should be accepted as a client.

Unless otherwise stated in applicable commercial terms, qualification may also consider whether the caller:

  • Is a genuine prospective client
  • Is seeking legal assistance
  • Identifies a generally applicable practice area
  • Falls within the Firm's stated geographic criteria
  • Is not an obvious spam, vendor, or solicitation call
  • Is not an identified duplicate under applicable terms

Connected-call duration may be determined using LFE's telephone, routing, carrier, or service-provider records.

9. Lead and Call Pricing

A Firm may submit proposed pricing for practice areas, qualified leads, prospective-client connections, or qualified calls.

Pricing submitted through the website is proposed pricing only. Submission of a proposed amount does not by itself require LFE to accept that rate or require LFE to deliver any opportunity.

Applicable pricing may be established through the Attorney Network, email confirmation, an order, campaign terms, a separate agreement, or another written or electronic confirmation between LFE and the Firm.

Different practice areas, jurisdictions, lead types, campaigns, or delivery methods may have different pricing.

10. Nature of Network Fees; No Sharing of Legal Fees

Amounts charged by LFE through the Attorney Network are intended as charges for marketing, advertising, intake, lead generation, technology, call routing, directory, or prospective-client connection services, as applicable.

Unless expressly permitted by applicable law and separately agreed in writing, LFE does not receive a percentage of a Firm's legal fees, contingency fee, settlement, judgment, award, client recovery, or other proceeds from a legal matter.

Network charges are not intended to purchase an endorsement or recommendation of the Firm's professional qualifications.

If a particular payment model is prohibited or restricted by the professional rules or law applicable to a Firm or matter, the Firm must not participate in that model and must notify LFE.

11. Duplicate, Invalid, and Disputed Leads or Calls

Any duplicate, invalid-lead, call-credit, replacement, dispute, or adjustment policy applicable to a particular campaign or pricing arrangement will be determined by the commercial terms applicable to that arrangement.

The Firm must review delivered opportunities promptly and raise any billing dispute within the period identified in the applicable invoice, campaign terms, platform terms, or other written commercial terms.

Failure to successfully contact a prospective client, failure to retain the person, or a Firm's decision not to accept the matter does not automatically make an otherwise qualifying lead or call invalid.

12. Nonexclusive Opportunities

Unless LFE expressly identifies an opportunity or arrangement as exclusive, the Firm should assume that Attorney Network participation is nonexclusive.

LFE may work with multiple attorneys and law firms within the same practice area or geographic market.

Nothing in these Network Terms prevents a prospective client from contacting, considering, or retaining another attorney or Firm.

13. No Guarantee of Lead Volume or Client Retention

LFE does not guarantee any minimum volume of prospective clients, leads, calls, cases, signed engagements, recoveries, legal fees, or revenue.

Lead availability may vary based on market conditions, location, practice area, consumer demand, Firm status, pricing, intake criteria, advertising activity, and other factors.

14. Conflicts, Intake, and Engagement Decisions

The Firm is solely responsible for determining whether it may ethically and legally communicate with, evaluate, or represent any prospective client.

The Firm is responsible for all conflict checks, statutes of limitation, deadlines, jurisdictional issues, engagement letters, fee agreements, disclosures, withdrawal decisions, and other professional obligations.

LFE does not make legal representation decisions on behalf of the Firm and has no authority to bind the Firm to represent any person.

15. Communications With Prospective Clients

Once prospective-client information is delivered to the Firm, the Firm is responsible for ensuring that its calls, texts, emails, advertising, intake communications, and follow-up activities comply with applicable law, professional rules, consent requirements, and communication restrictions.

The Firm may use prospective-client information only for legitimate intake, conflict-checking, communication, evaluation, and legal-services purposes associated with the applicable inquiry, unless another use is authorized by law and appropriate consent.

16. Professional Responsibility and Advertising Compliance

Each Firm remains independently responsible for compliance with all professional-conduct rules, bar rules, advertising rules, solicitation rules, referral rules, fee-sharing restrictions, privacy requirements, and other laws applicable to the Firm and its attorneys.

Because professional rules vary by jurisdiction, the Firm is responsible for determining whether participation in a particular lead, call, pricing, marketing, or advertising arrangement is permitted in every jurisdiction applicable to the Firm.

The Firm is also responsible for any filing, retention, disclaimer, identification, review, or approval requirement applicable to attorney advertising or communications in its jurisdiction.

A Firm must promptly notify LFE if it determines that a particular Attorney Network practice or arrangement may conflict with rules applicable to that Firm.

17. Call Recording and Quality Review

Calls made through or in connection with the Attorney Network may be recorded, monitored, transcribed, or reviewed for intake, quality assurance, compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, service improvement, or billing verification where permitted by applicable law.

Each Firm is responsible for complying with any additional disclosure or consent requirement that applies when the Firm records, monitors, stores, or uses its own calls or communications.

18. Prospective-Client Information and Privacy

Prospective-client information may contain personal or sensitive information. The Firm agrees to maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information received.

The Firm will not sell, publish, improperly disclose, or use prospective-client information for unrelated marketing purposes unless such use is lawful and appropriately authorized.

LFE's collection and handling of information is further described in the Privacy Policy.

19. No Privilege Created by LFE

LFE is not a law firm and does not create or guarantee attorney-client privilege, work-product protection, or any other legal confidentiality protection merely by receiving information from a prospective client or Firm.

Firms should avoid requesting that privileged or highly sensitive legal information be transmitted through public LFE forms unless an appropriate process has been established.

20. Use of Firm Information

The Firm authorizes LFE to use the Firm's submitted name, office location, contact information, practice areas, geographic coverage, and related business information as reasonably necessary to administer the Attorney Network, facilitate prospective-client connections, communicate with the Firm, and maintain internal network records.

If LFE later offers a public attorney directory, LFE may request additional authorization, information, or verification before publishing a Firm profile.

21. Billing and Payment

If the Firm participates in a paid Attorney Network arrangement, applicable rates, billing events, payment methods, dispute periods, credits, and other commercial terms may be stated in an invoice, campaign description, order, platform record, email confirmation, or separate agreement.

The Firm agrees to pay valid and undisputed charges in accordance with those applicable commercial terms.

LFE may suspend new lead or call delivery for unpaid balances, payment failures, disputed account information, or other material billing issues.

22. Suspension and Termination

Either party may request to discontinue future participation in the Attorney Network, subject to any outstanding payment obligations or separate written agreement.

LFE may pause, restrict, or terminate participation, including where LFE reasonably believes that:

  • The Firm provided inaccurate information
  • The Firm is no longer eligible to practice
  • The Firm is not responding appropriately to prospective clients
  • Payment obligations remain unresolved
  • Participation presents legal, regulatory, ethical, reputational, or consumer-protection concerns
  • The Firm materially violates these Network Terms

Termination does not eliminate obligations or charges properly incurred before termination.

23. Independent Businesses

LFE and each Participating Firm are independent businesses. Nothing in these Network Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, attorney-client relationship, or agency relationship between LFE and the Firm.

Neither party has authority to bind the other except as expressly agreed in writing.

24. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Attorney Network and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

LFE does not warrant that every prospective-client inquiry will be complete, accurate, reachable, suitable, conflict-free, financially viable, legally meritorious, or acceptable to the Firm.

LFE does not guarantee any litigation result, legal fee, client retention, recovery, referral volume, conversion rate, revenue level, or return on marketing expenditure.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LFE and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to Attorney Network participation, prospective-client information, missed or unsuccessful leads, client decisions, legal matters, call routing, service interruptions, or lost business opportunities.

Nothing in these Network Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

26. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LFE and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to:

  • The Firm's legal services or professional conduct
  • The Firm's communications with a prospective or actual client
  • The Firm's violation of professional-conduct or advertising rules
  • The Firm's misuse or unauthorized disclosure of prospective-client information
  • Information supplied by the Firm that is false, misleading, or unauthorized
  • The Firm's violation of these Network Terms

27. Changes to Firm Preferences or Commercial Terms

Firm preferences, practice areas, geographic coverage, participation status, and commercial terms may be updated from time to time by agreement or through available Attorney Network processes.

A change ordinarily applies prospectively and does not alter valid charges or obligations already incurred unless LFE expressly agrees otherwise.

28. Changes to These Network Terms

LFE may update these Network Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued participation after updated Network Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Network Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

29. Governing Law

These Network Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another jurisdiction's law or professional rules necessarily apply to a Participating Firm or legal service.
